if they look healthy then YES get it!
unless they are fully aquatic frogs, they really shouldnt go into the water. especially tree frogs.

the shop i got my whites from said they only need a small cage with a light and humidity, i have it nice and moist and around 80 degrees, but he usually stays under his log, he really should be more active, where do u find those vertical cages, i couldnt find any at my pet shop
