How do I get my parakeets to start eating their vegetables?

I have 2 baby parakeets. I understand that they won’t eat anything in their cage that they aren’t familiar with. But I also know vegetables are good for them. How do I get them to start eating vegetables? And what kinds?

Why is adopting a pet and saving their lives important? Why is it an issue worth publicity?

I know it is very very important…and I just your opinion or thoughts about this.

Do parakeets have to be let out of their cage?

I am considering getting 2 parakeets. I have read that parakeets should have time outside their cage every day. But, I have 4 cats so I would be nervous about this! I had parakeets years ago and never remember having to let them out, so this is new to me. Any help is appreciated! Thanks!

Pet birds: I feel guilty. Is adopting a bird really taking away their freedom?

Do you feel it should be illigal to adopt pet birds. I have been feeling really guilty, should I adopt one or not?

How many pet owners actually learn how to take proper care of their pet before getting one?

So many questions in “Pets” are very basic pet care questions. For instance, the time to ask about your dog having puppies is not when she is delivering them – maybe you should have learned what to do months ago when you realised she was pregnant.
