What Pet health insurance is best and is it worth it i have a 7mth old puppy and a 8yr old dog?

the puppy has not been spayed yet and i was wondering if i didn;t get them a health plan where would i go to get them there shots each year for low cost?

Why is adopting a pet and saving their lives important? Why is it an issue worth publicity?

I know it is very very important…and I just your opinion or thoughts about this.
