Why do people stay in a sexless relationship instead of adopting a pet?
Other than for financial reasons, of course.
I have heard a lot of people say they stay in a sexless marriage because they don’t want to be alone. These people make good money and finances is not an issue. Why not get a pet for companionship?

I find it hard to believe that any relationship is completely sexless. Perhaps these people don’t f*ck everyday, but Im sure there is sex going on….you cant do it with pets!! and if you do, your issues are alot bigger.

Some people like the human interaction, the ability to do things like a friend. Sex isn’t everything, but it is a crucial part in a relationship. If you are in a sexless relationship, you need to get out, or your life will slide by and you will regret it.

The pet isn’t any good at Madden nor can I drink beer and shot pool with it.

maybe there is a reason they are not having sex? an illness perhaps? but anything short of that and im not sure. Sex is NOT everything but it IS A LOT!! if my husband wasnt wanting me i would really wonder why?? i believe we should be attracted in every way to the person we are with and wouldnt want to stay in a relationship like this. some people are just very very afraid to be alone and feel that if they left they wouldnt be able to find someone else. truth is they need some counseling and self confidence.
